Privacy Policy

We don’t share your private information with anyone, ever.

Terms & Conditions

When signing up for a membership or purchasing products you are authorizing charges to your credit card via Authorize.net. If you have signed a contract, you will be held to the terms and conditions specified in your contract.

Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation may be requested in writing at any time, but no later than 48 hours BEFORE the first of the month in which you wish to cancel. There is no pro-ration of dues upon cancellation.

Refund Policy

In the case of defective products you are entitled to a refund. There is no refund once dues are paid for the month. Terms of your membership are described in your contract.

Freeze Policy

Members may put their classes on freeze, once per calendar year, for up to 90 days  for a fee of $50. Notice of freeze must be given to a coach/manager via email, text or in person any time during business hours and must be given with at least 48 hours  prior to the first day of the month to be frozen. Members will not be billed for classes during frozen months. Billing will resume automatically upon end of freeze. The current class agreement will be extended by the number of months frozen.
