What’s your athletic background?

Soccer and volleyball!

What hobbies do you have?

Besides CrossFit, I enjoy cooking and being a mom to my two little girls who aren’t so little anymore! Taking them to the park, or the beach, traveling, and I guess you can call drinking wine a hobby 😉 

What’s your favorite cheat meal/food?

In n Out!!! Double double and animal style fries

What’s your spirit animal and why?

Lion! Soft on the outside, courageous and strong on the inside!

Words to live by/favorite quote?

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around… and never say never!
What’s the last book you read, and what was it about?

I highly recommend “It Starts With Food” by Melissa and Dallas Hartwig! It is a book about eating clean and why it’s so essential to your body especially if you work out! It made me fall in love with living the paleo lifestyle.

If you could create your own CrossFit workout, what would it include?

Thrusters, front squats, back squats, wall balls, burpees, kettlebell swings

What’s your least favorite CrossFit movement?

I hate running with a passion

What motivates you to come to the gym every day?

To be stronger than the day before, to compete with my own self, to be a role model for my girls.

What has been your proudest CrossFit moment so far?

Hitting a 90# snatch, and now I have a 105# goal!

Ok, last one – whats something most people don’t know about you?

I have an autoimmune disease called psoriasis that’s not curable 🙁 but definitely manageable!
