What do you do for a living?

Hospitality – bartender and server

What’s your athletic background?

Softball my whole damn life

What hobbies do you have?

Play slowpitch softball, beach, anything outside and in the sun, naps, watch football

What’s your favorite cheat meal/food?

All of the things! Pasta, chocolate, pizza, beer……

What’s your spirit animal and why?

Probably a panda… I’m big and strong but still kinda lazy and love naps.

Words to live by/favorite quote?

Life’s too short to just eat lettuce
What’s the last book you read, and what was it about?

“The Psychopath Test.” About a dude who pretended he was insane to get out of going to prison.

If you could create your own CrossFit workout, what would it include?

Lots of weights. Haha I’m not as good at body weight stuff. But I can deadlift, clean, and kettlebell all day!

What’s your least favorite CrossFit movement?

Wall walks or handstand push-ups

What motivates you to come to the gym every day?

My overall health and strength. Heart disease runs in my family, so I’d like to get healthy young. I like to keep myself consistent.

What has been your proudest CrossFit moment so far?

My first kipping pull up. I still have a long way to go to string them together. But it was cool to get that first one.

Ok, last one – whats something most people don’t know about you?

In my twenties I traveled to Spain, France, Italy, New Zealand, Australia, and Thailand. Once all my friends started to get married and have kids, I couldn’t afford to take weeks off work to travel anymore. I still love to go new places.
